The Psychology of Productivity

Speaker: Alexis Haselberger, Time-Management and Productivity Coach

Want to get more done, with less stress?  Help maximize efficiency in your business, your personal life, AND for your clients with tried and true tips and tricks from a time management and productivity coach.

In this talk on the psychology of organization, we'll dive into organization of the mind.  You'll learn:
  • How planning helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Why we procrastinate, and what to do about it.
  • How to organize mental clutter, and why it is so important to do so.

Alexis Haselberger is a time management and productivity coach helping people, and teams, do more, and stress less.  Through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshops/corporate training and online courses, her clients improve their productivity, decrease stress and burnout, and learn to use their time in a way that is consistent with their goals and values.  In addition to thousands of individual students and clients, Alexis' corporate clients include Google, Lyft, Workday, Upwork, Silicon Valley Bank, and Capital One, among others.
