NAPO-SFBA Chapter Meetings

NAPO-SFBA Chapter Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month. NAPO-SFBA holds 12 chapter meetings a year, 8 in person and 4 via teleconference. See our events page for meeting locations and schedule. 

General Agenda for Monthly Chapter Meetings: 

No-Host Networking Dinner at Grill & Vine 5 - 6pm
Registration 6 - 6:30pm
Program 6:30 - 8:30pm

For meetings conducted at the Westin Hotel (March, May, October, December), all members and guests are invited and encouraged to join us for a no-host dinner at 5 pm at the hotel restaurant, Vine & Grill, before each in-person chapter meeting. 

Please join your colleagues to explore new tools and approaches that can help you develop and enhance your organizing practice!

Attendance is free for all NAPO-SFBA members (you do not need to register).

Bring your families and join your fellow chapter members as we connect, have some fun, and thank this year’s volunteers for all the wonderful ways they’ve made our chapter great!

  • This is a potluck style picnic.
  • The county park entrance fee is $10 per car. Carpooling is suggested and more fun!
  • We have to clean up the site before we leave - please chip in to help
  • Bring food to share. We have 2 BBQs at our reserved site. If anyone wants to grill their offering, that’s an option! (Bring your own charcoal)
  • Bring your own reusable plates, cups, flatware, napkins. We’re striving to make this a near-zero waste event.
  • Bring games, lawn chairs, or a blanket
  • The Chapter will provide iced tea, lemonade, and cake.
  • DO NOT BRING PETS! Pets are banned from the park, even in your car
  • Be sure to arrive on time so you can participate in a fun scavenger hunt.
