NAPO-SFBA Chapter Meetings

NAPO-SFBA MembersNAPO-SFBA Chapter Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month. Eight out of twelve monthly meetings are in-person and take place at the Westin San Francisco Airport in Millbrae, with the other four meetings held via teleconference.

All members and guests are invited and encouraged to join us for a no-host dinner at 5 pm at the hotel restaurant, Vine & Grill, before each in-person chapter meeting.

Please join your colleagues to explore new tools and approaches that can help you develop and enhance your organizing practice!

Attendance is free for all NAPO-SFBA members (you do not need to register). The guest registration fee is $30 and can be completed HERE.

Topic: 30th Anniversary Kick-Off and End of Year Celebration

Next year, 2018, marks the 30th anniversary of the NAPO-SFBA Chapter. To acknowledge this remarkable milestone and to continue to build upon it into the future, the 2017-2018 Chapter Board has chosen the theme for next year to be “Harnessing Brilliance: Connecting the Past & Present in Service to the Future.” 

To kick-off the 30th anniversary year, our December 13 meeting will celebrate our Chapter’s rich history.  We want to honor and appreciate the Chapter’s early members, those early Professional Organizers whose vision provides the strong foundation we continue to build on today.  From the very start in 1988, the founders knew it was crucial to be viewed as professionals by the general public.   To meet that goal, The Westin Hotel in Millbrae was chosen as the meeting place and the second Wednesday of each month the meeting dates—just as we still do today. 

To make this kick-off meeting very special, we’re inviting ALL past Chapter members to be our honored guests (meeting fee waived) at this December 13 Kick-off meeting.  We want this to be a reunion meeting, with past and current members sharing what belonging to the Chapter meant to them, both professionally and personally. 

Please spread the word to any past Chapter members that you know.  Let’s make this Kick-off meeting a BIG celebration and, remember, Together We Are Better!

Hope to see you on Wednesday, December 13, at The Westin Hotel in Millbrae.  Plan to check-in by 6:15 PM.  Also, you can join others for a no host dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, The Grill & Vine, at 5 PM.
